Are you planning on attending Prom? If so you will need to complete the following document (below). If you are bringing a guest who is not a CCI student there is a special form that needs to be filled out before you can purchase tickets (below)

Starting on April 19th, Prom tickets will be available for purchase through the School Cash online.
The Prom contract will be available through School Cash Online, below, in room 135 and in the Guidance office.
You can't pick up Prom tickets if:
1. You have not completed and handed in 40 hours of community involvement
2. You haven't completed 2 eLearning courses or haven't opted out
3. You haven't completed the Prom contract and returned it to Ms. Mendicino in rm. 135
